ABOUT THIS STAY
MUNIQ Langsuan
MUNIQ Langsuan is a condominium in the Langsuan–Ratchadamri–Ploenchit area of Bangkok. It stands on Soi Ton Son in Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330. BTS Ratchadamri is roughly a ten-minute walk away. It sits inside the Langsuan pickup round, with 23 other addresses we collect from inside a 500 m walk. The nearest address we already collect from is The Residences at Sindhorn Kempinski, about 150 m away.
MUNIQ Langsuan is residential, so collections here go through the lobby counter or the juristic office. You do not need to be home: tell us where the bag will be waiting and the driver takes it from there. Wash & Fold comes back folded flat and packed for a suitcase; Wash & Iron comes back pressed and on hangers. Next day is standard, and same day is available when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.
The building sits on Soi Ton Son, Pathum Wan. BTS Ratchadamri is a short ride from the door (722 m) and BTS Chit Lom is about 1025 m, so guests here have two lines within walking distance. Our driver comes by road rather than by rail, so the pickup window is the one you agree with us, not the train timetable.
MUNIQ Langsuan is not a one-off stop for us: on the same round we also collect at The Residences at Sindhorn Kempinski (150 m), Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok (200 m) and Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok (300 m). A van that is already on this street is the reason a same-day return is realistic here when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.
More about this place to stay
MUNIQ Langsuan is a freehold luxury condominium by Major Development, completed in the last quarter of 2021: twenty-eight storeys holding only 163 units on a plot of a little over one and a half rai, at the end of Soi Langsuan 7 on Ton Son Road. The parking is fully automated, with capacity for 185 cars.
The number that matters is 163. A tower of that height in Bangkok would normally hold three or four times as many apartments; keeping it to 163 means large floor plates, few neighbours per floor and a building that behaves more like a private residence than a condominium. Freehold title is the other rarity here — most of the land in this pocket of Pathum Wan is leasehold, and freehold stock on Langsuan almost never comes up.
The position is the reason. The building faces Lumphini Park directly, so the outlook from the upper floors is 140 rai of lake and old trees rather than another tower, and the park entrance is a walk away. Central Embassy, Siam Paragon and the Ratchaprasong malls are ten to fifteen minutes on foot or a short ride; Sindhorn Kempinski is 200 metres up the road.
Residents and long-stay guests here are in Bangkok for months rather than nights, usually with a household's worth of laundry rather than a suitcase's.
You can use GO Laundry PX's laundry delivery service from MUNIQ Langsuan. We collect at the lobby counter or from you, wash every order on its own so it never mixes with anyone else's, and bring it back to the same address — next day as standard, same day when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.
