Most Bangkok hotels run a laundry service, and both of us collect from the same front desk. The difference is the unit. A hotel list is priced per garment, so a week of clothes is billed one shirt at a time; ours is THB 600 for a bag of up to 20 pieces — about THB 30 each — with collection and return already inside it, and the total agreed before we take the bag.
We are not going to tell you what your hotel charges. It is printed on the card in the wardrobe drawer, and it differs at every property. Open it, count the pieces you actually want washed, and add them up.
Then compare one number: THB 600 for a bag of up to 20 pieces, washed on its own, folded flat, brought back to the same desk the next day. That is roughly THB 30 a piece, and it does not change whether the bag holds shirts or socks.
If your hotel comes out cheaper, use your hotel. That happens, and we would rather you knew than found out afterwards.
HOW OURS WORKS

How does the price compare with my hotel's laundry?
Count the pieces and the comparison makes itself. A hotel list is priced per garment, so a week of clothes is billed one shirt at a time. Ours is THB 600 for the whole bag of up to 20 pieces, collected from that hotel and returned to it. We are not the cheapest laundry in Bangkok — we are considerably cheaper than the one upstairs, and guests who have used both say that is why they booked again.
Do you pick up laundry from hotels in Bangkok?
Yes — it is the whole service. Message us where you are staying and we come to you. Most guests leave the bag with the concierge or the front desk and never have to be in the room, for the pickup or for the return. There is no shop to visit: GO Laundry PX is pickup and delivery only, so book first and we confirm the plan for your building.
Do I need to be in my room for pickup and delivery?
No, and most guests are not. Leave the bag with the concierge or the front desk and carry on with your day; it comes back to the same place. You can settle by card in advance, so nothing waits on you being in the room. Tell us where you are staying when you book and we confirm the handoff that works at that building.
How fast can I get my clothes back?
Next day is standard, and same day is available when the booking is confirmed before 2pm. That 2pm is the cut-off for booking, not for the return — after it the order runs overnight and comes back the following day. Either way you have the return time in writing before anything is collected, and guests who message in the morning are often collected within the hour.
Do you wash bedding, towels or shoes?
Send a photo before you book. Bedding, towels and specialty items are quoted one by one rather than from the per-bag guide, and we tell you the price and the turnaround before collecting.
What counts as one bag?
Up to 20 pieces. For most travellers that is about a week of clothes for one person, or a few days for a couple. Socks and underwear count as pieces. If you have more, the two-bag and four-bag tiers work out cheaper per bag.
