Formal occasions do not wait, but the fabrics that need dry cleaning do. Send a photo of the suit, the dress, the eventwear. We read the fabric and come back with a price. Allow about three days — that is the honest turnaround, not the earliest we could promise.
CARE NOTES & CONDITIONS
What machine washing means for your fabrics, how colours are sorted inside a bag, and the limits on what we can take.
We use industrial-grade washers and dryers.
Wash & Fold and Wash & Iron items must be water-tolerant, machine-washable and dryer-safe. We are not liable for shrinkage or damage caused by standard machine processes.
Hand-washing requests incur an additional THB 100 per piece.
Dry-cleaning items must be inspected and approved for fabric type before acceptance and pricing.
Items within one bag are washed together. Please separate garments that may bleed colour; GO Laundry PX is not responsible for colour bleeding within the bag.
If you require whites and colours to be washed separately, they are charged as separate bags.
We are not liable for colour bleeding, fabric shrinkage, damage to embroidery, screen prints, zippers, elastics or leather, missing buttons, or personal items left in pockets.
Maximum compensation for any damage or loss is strictly limited to 10 times the service fee paid for that order.
To prevent damage to our machines, garments must not contain sharp objects, glass, plastic, chemical or oil contaminants, pet hair or fabrics, or flammable materials.
PRICING QUESTIONS
THB 600 for a bag of up to 20 pieces, back the next day. THB 800 for the same day, booked before 2pm. Two bags THB 1,100, four bags THB 2,000. Wash & Iron is THB 60–90 a piece and Ironing Only, for clothes that are already clean, is THB 10 a piece less. Pickup and return are already inside those numbers — there is no delivery fee on top and no charge for the second trip.
Up to 20 pieces. For most travellers that is about a week of clothes for one person, or a few days for a couple. Socks and underwear count as pieces. If you have more, the two-bag and four-bag tiers work out cheaper per bag.
Count the pieces and the comparison makes itself. A hotel list is priced per garment, so a week of clothes is billed one shirt at a time. Ours is THB 600 for the whole bag of up to 20 pieces, collected from that hotel and returned to it. We are not the cheapest laundry in Bangkok — we are considerably cheaper than the one upstairs, and guests who have used both say that is why they booked again.
Next day is standard, and same day is available when the booking is confirmed before 2pm. That 2pm is the cut-off for booking, not for the return — after it the order runs overnight and comes back the following day. Either way you have the return time in writing before anything is collected, and guests who message in the morning are often collected within the hour.
Yes. Send the garment details first — a photo is easiest. Dry cleaning is inspected and quoted by fabric and by the care method the piece needs. Allow about three days rather than the next day: it is the one service we will not hurry, because the fabrics that need it are the ones that punish being hurried. If your date is tight, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Daily 08:00–22:00, weekends and public holidays included. Messages sent after hours are answered when the desk reopens in the morning.
