Book a pickup
BEFORE YOU BOOK
How it works
Do you pick up laundry from hotels in Bangkok?
Yes. Hotel pickup and delivery is the whole service. GO Laundry PX is a pickup-and-delivery laundry with no walk-in counter, so you book first and the team confirms whether we collect from you in person, from the concierge or from the front desk.
How much does laundry cost in Bangkok with GO Laundry PX?
THB 600 for one bag of up to 20 pieces, back the next day. THB 800 if you need it the same day, confirmed before 2pm. Two bags THB 1,100, four bags THB 2,000. Wash & Iron runs THB 60–80 a piece. Collection and return are already in those numbers.
Is this cheaper than my hotel's laundry service?
Usually, and by a wide margin. Bangkok four- and five-star hotels normally charge per garment, so a few shirts alone can pass what a whole bag costs here. With GO Laundry PX one bag of up to 20 pieces is THB 600 next day, collected from and returned to the same hotel.
What counts as one bag?
One Wash & Fold bag holds up to 20 pieces. For most travellers that is roughly a week of clothes for one person, or a few days for a couple. If your order is larger, the two-bag and four-bag tiers cost less per bag.
How fast can I get my clothes back?
Next day is standard. Same day is available when your booking is confirmed before 2pm — that is the cut-off. After 2pm the order runs overnight and comes back the following day. Either way the team confirms the return time with you before collecting anything.
Do I need to be in my room for pickup and delivery?
No. Many guests leave the bag with the concierge or the front desk and collect it there later. Tell us your hotel when you book and the team will confirm the handoff instructions that work at that property.
Which areas of Bangkok do you serve?
Eight areas: Langsuan–Ratchadamri–Ploenchit, Sathon–Silom–Surawong, Sukhumvit–Asok–Nana, Phrom Phong–Thonglor–Ekkamai, Riverside–Charoen Krung, Siam–Pratunam–Ratchathewi, Old Town–Yaowarat and Ratchada–Rama 9–Huai Khwang. Search your hotel on the service areas page to open its local guide.
Does someone on the team speak English?
Yes. Booking, timing and garment questions are handled in English over WhatsApp, LINE, phone or email, which is how most visiting guests arrange a pickup.
THE SERVICES
What you get back
How is this different from a laundromat or a local laundry shop?
Your order is washed separately rather than combined with other customers, and the wash-and-dry process runs in a closed room instead of an open shop front. You also never carry the bag anywhere: it is collected and returned at your accommodation.
What is included in Wash & Fold?
Machine washing, tumble drying and a KonMari-style fold, plus pickup and return. One bag holds up to 20 pieces and the fold is deliberately compact, so clothes go straight back into a suitcase.
What is included in Wash & Iron?
Washing and a pressed finish, with each piece returned on a hanger and ready to wear. It is priced per piece and is the usual choice for shirts, business clothing and anything you need to look composed in.
Can you handle formalwear or dry cleaning?
Yes. Send the garment details first. Dry cleaning is inspected and quoted by fabric and by the care method the piece needs, then we confirm the fastest practical plan so you are ready for the event.
Can you wash delicate items or hand-wash something?
Hand washing is available at an additional THB 100 per piece. Wash & Fold and Wash & Iron items must be water-tolerant, machine-washable and dryer-safe, so flag anything delicate when you book and the team will advise the right service.
Will you separate whites and colours?
Items inside one bag are washed together, so please separate anything that might bleed. If you want whites and colours washed apart, they are treated as separate bags and charged accordingly.
CARE AND LIMITS
Fabric, damage, exclusions
What happens if something is damaged or missing?
Tell the team immediately. Our published terms limit maximum compensation to ten times the service fee paid for that order, and we are not liable for colour bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to prints, zips, elastics, leather or embroidery caused by standard machine processes.
What can I not send?
Garments must not contain sharp objects, glass, plastic, chemical or oil contaminants, pet hair or fabrics, or anything flammable, because those damage the machines. Please also empty your pockets before the bag is collected.
Do you wash bedding, towels or shoes?
Send a photo and the details before you book. Household textiles and specialty items are reviewed case by case and quoted separately by the team, rather than charged from the standard per-bag guide.
I check out tomorrow morning. Can I still use the service?
Give the team your check-out time when you book. Confirm before 2pm and same-day return is available, so the bag is back before you leave. They will tell you which option fits before collecting, not after.
PRACTICAL
Hours, payment, booking
What are your opening hours?
Daily 08:00–22:00, including weekends and public holidays. Bookings and messages sent outside those hours are answered when the desk reopens.
How do I pay?
Cash or credit card. The team confirms the total with you before the order comes back, so you can settle it by card without being in the room when it is delivered — which is what most guests staying in hotels do.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. GO Laundry PX is pickup and delivery only. Book first so the team can confirm a practical collection plan for your hotel, condo or residence.
How do I book a laundry pickup?
Use the booking page, or message the team on WhatsApp or LINE @gopx with your hotel, the service you want, roughly how many pieces or bags you have, and when you need the order back.
STILL DECIDING?

The price guide lists every published rate with collection and return already included. The service terms set out what we can and cannot promise about fabric, colour and liability — worth two minutes before a delicate piece goes in the bag.
