Do you pick up laundry from hotels in Bangkok?

Yes — it is the whole service. Message us where you are staying and we come to you. Most guests leave the bag with the concierge or the front desk and never have to be in the room, for the pickup or for the return. There is no shop to visit: GO Laundry PX is pickup and delivery only, so book first and we confirm the plan for your building.

How much does laundry cost in Bangkok with GO Laundry PX?

THB 600 for a bag of up to 20 pieces, back the next day. THB 800 for the same day, booked before 2pm. Two bags THB 1,100, four bags THB 2,000. Wash & Iron is THB 60–90 a piece and Ironing Only, for clothes that are already clean, is THB 10 a piece less. Pickup and return are already inside those numbers — there is no delivery fee on top and no charge for the second trip.

How does the price compare with my hotel's laundry?

Count the pieces and the comparison makes itself. A hotel list is priced per garment, so a week of clothes is billed one shirt at a time. Ours is THB 600 for the whole bag of up to 20 pieces, collected from that hotel and returned to it. We are not the cheapest laundry in Bangkok — we are considerably cheaper than the one upstairs, and guests who have used both say that is why they booked again.

What counts as one bag?

Accepted Answer

Up to 20 pieces. For most travellers that is about a week of clothes for one person, or a few days for a couple. Socks and underwear count as pieces. If you have more, the two-bag and four-bag tiers work out cheaper per bag.

How fast can I get my clothes back?

Accepted Answer

Next day is standard, and same day is available when the booking is confirmed before 2pm. That 2pm is the cut-off for booking, not for the return — after it the order runs overnight and comes back the following day. Either way you have the return time in writing before anything is collected, and guests who message in the morning are often collected within the hour.

Do I need to be in my room for pickup and delivery?

No, and most guests are not. Leave the bag with the concierge or the front desk and carry on with your day; it comes back to the same place. You can settle by card in advance, so nothing waits on you being in the room. Tell us where you are staying when you book and we confirm the handoff that works at that building.

Does someone on the team speak English?

Yes. Booking, timing and garment questions are all handled in English, on WhatsApp, LINE, phone or email — WhatsApp is what most visiting guests use, and it works on hotel wifi without a Thai SIM.

How is this different from a laundromat or a local laundry shop?

Accepted Answer

You never carry the bag anywhere — that is the main difference. It is collected and returned at your hotel, condo or residence, at a time you agreed in advance. Behind that, your order is washed on its own rather than combined with other customers, and it runs indoors in a closed room instead of an open shop front.

What is included in Wash & Fold?

Washing, drying, and a flat compact fold, plus pickup and return. One bag holds up to 20 pieces. The fold is the part travellers notice: everything goes back into the case in one layer instead of a heap, and the lid closes.

What is included in Wash & Iron?

Accepted Answer

Washing and a pressed finish, each piece back on its own hanger and ready to wear. Priced by the piece. It is the usual choice for shirts, business clothes and anything you would rather not steam in a hotel bathroom.

Can you iron clothes that are already clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is Ironing Only, and it is THB 10 a piece cheaper than Wash & Iron at every tier: THB 600 for 10 pieces next day against THB 700, THB 1,100 for 20 against THB 1,300, THB 1,500 for 30 against THB 1,800. Everything comes back pressed and on hangers. It is the right choice for a shirt that has been folded in a suitcase for a week rather than one that has been worn.

Can you handle formalwear or dry cleaning?

Yes. Send the garment details first — a photo is easiest. Dry cleaning is inspected and quoted by fabric and by the care method the piece needs. Allow about three days rather than the next day: it is the one service we will not hurry, because the fabrics that need it are the ones that punish being hurried. If your date is tight, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.

Can you wash delicate items or hand-wash something?

Hand washing is THB 100 a piece on top. Wash & Fold and Wash & Iron items have to be machine-washable and dryer-safe, so tell us about anything delicate when you book — silk, wool, a swimsuit, something with beading — and we will say which service it belongs in before it is collected, not after.

Question 15

Will you separate whites and colours?

Accepted Answer

Everything inside one bag is washed together, so pull out anything new or dark that might bleed. If you want whites kept apart from colours, send them as two bags and they are charged as two.

What happens if something is damaged or missing?

Accepted Answer

Tell us straight away and we will look at it that day. In practice this is rare — the phrase that comes up in reviews is nothing missing and nothing damaged — but the published terms are what govern it: compensation is capped at ten times the service fee for that order, and we are not liable for colour bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to prints, zips, elastics, leather or embroidery from standard machine processes.

What can I not send?

Accepted Answer

Garments must not contain sharp objects, glass, plastic, chemical or oil contaminants, pet hair or fabrics, or anything flammable, because those damage the machines. Please also empty your pockets before the bag is collected.

Do you wash bedding, towels or shoes?

Accepted Answer

Send a photo before you book. Bedding, towels and specialty items are quoted one by one rather than from the per-bag guide, and we tell you the price and the turnaround before collecting.

Question 19

I check out tomorrow morning. Can I still use the service?

Accepted Answer

Tell us your check-out time when you book, and we work backwards from it. Book before 2pm and same-day return is available, so the bag is back at the desk before you leave. If the timing will not work we say so before collecting, not after — one guest on a Bangkok layover had two bags back inside twelve hours.

What are your opening hours?

Daily 08:00–22:00, weekends and public holidays included. Messages sent after hours are answered when the desk reopens in the morning.

How do I pay?

Cash or credit card, agreed before we collect. Paying by card is what most hotel guests do, because it means the bag can go back to the front desk whether or not you are there yet.

No — there is no counter to walk into. GO Laundry PX is pickup and delivery only, and it is open to anyone at an address inside our daily routes: hotel guests, condo residents, serviced apartments, short stays and long ones alike. Book first and we confirm a collection plan for your building.

Can you get stains out?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, and we would rather tell you the truth than promise it. A standard wash lifts everyday marks. Set-in stains, sweat marks on sportswear and anything that has already been through another wash often need pre-treatment or a hotter cycle than a mixed bag can safely take — so point them out when you book and we will treat them individually, or tell you honestly that they may not come out. What we will not do is hand the bag back and say nothing.
