Pickup & delivery only — we collect at your hotel
096-535-6365LAUNDRY SERVICE · BANGKOK
Message us, leave the bag with your concierge, and get it back the next day — clean, folded flat and ready to pack. Same day if you book before 2pm. You never have to be in the room.
WHY GUESTS BOOK US
Your hotel prices laundry one shirt at a time. We price the bag: THB 600 for up to 20 pieces, collected from your front desk and returned to it, pickup and return already inside the number. Count what you actually want washed and the comparison makes itself.
One message in English. WhatsApp, LINE or the booking page. You get a pickup time and a price back before anything is collected.
You never carry it. Leave it with the concierge and go. It comes back to the same desk whether or not you are there.
Back on the hour we agreed. Folded flat for the suitcase or pressed on hangers, smelling clean rather than perfumed.
FOUR STEPS, ONE DAY
No queue, no laundromat, no carrying a bag across Bangkok, and nobody waiting in a hotel room for a driver.
WhatsApp, LINE or the booking page. Tell us where you are staying, what you want washed and when you need it back. In English.
Both, before anything is collected. Guests who message in the morning are often picked up within the hour.
With you, or with the concierge or front desk. You do not have to be in the room, and you never carry it anywhere.
Next day as standard, same day when you book before 2pm. Folded flat for the suitcase or pressed on hangers. Pay by card or cash.
PREMIUM EXPRESS SERVICES
Three ways to get your clothes back. The same pickup, the same return, the same hour agreed in advance.
View all services01
The compact reset
The bag you hand over comes back clean, dry and folded flat — square, upright, packed in one layer so the suitcase closes on the first try. It smells fresh rather than perfumed, which is the note guests mention most.
02
The ready-to-wear return
Washed, then pressed one piece at a time with the fabric in mind. Each garment comes back on its own hanger, ready to wear straight out of the bag — no unpacking, no steaming it in the bathroom before dinner.
03
The press, without the wash
For clothes that are already clean and only need the creases out — a shirt that has been folded in a case for a week, a dress you have worn once. Pressed piece by piece and returned on hangers, at THB 10 a piece less than Wash & Iron.
04
The formalwear rescue
For the suit, the dress, the thing you are wearing on Friday. Send a photo first. We look at the fabric, tell you the price, and you decide before anything is collected. Allow about three days — dry cleaning is the one service we will not rush, because the fabrics that need it are the ones that punish being rushed.
YOUR STAY, MADE SIMPLE
Search your hotel and open its guide: the street, the nearest station, and how the bag changes hands at that particular building. Then book a pickup around the day you had already planned.
WHAT GUESTS ACTUALLY SAY
Read enough of them and the same notes keep coming back: a reply in minutes, a bag left at the desk, clothes that smell clean rather than perfumed, and a day that stayed free.
Read customer stories“Had a great laundry experience. Got pics on WhatsApp when the laundry was both picked up and dropped off and was able to pay by card with a link. Clothes smelled amazing and were folded great. Also, they did it all in the same day. Thank you so much!”
“Fantastic experience, had a very tight window on a layover in Bangkok and go laundry cleaned 2 bags of clothes within 12 hours, absolute lifesaver!”
“Very fast pick up and next day return. Superb cleaning results. I did the 10 piece laundry, iron, hanger. Threw in a stained t-shirt to see if they could get it clean. They did. Price was 700 Bhat or about $24.00. I highly recommend GO Laundry.”
“Fantastic service and trustworthy. I accidentally sent my wallet with my laundry and they kindly informed me and returned it safely with my clothes that evening. So you can trust they are honest and an excellent laundry service!”
“Quick communications via WhatsApp to pick up laundry from my hotel and just had to leave at front desk. Highly recommend if you need your laundry done quickly and cheaply”
“Great service, easy communication, laundry came back on time and clean. Definitely recommend. Also my socks look super white :)”
