“Great experience with this company. Family of 3 traveling and needed laundry service. Communication is clear and all done through Whatsapp. Responses were quick on any questions I had. They picked up laundry from the hotel concierge and returned the next day to the concierge. I was able to pay with credit card online so I did not have to be present when they returned the clothes. Confirmed before booking on payment method. Price was reasonable and clothes were folded neatly and cleaned thoroughly.”

“When you’re a full time traveler, you pack light and pray your accommodation has laundry access. But even the best plans can forget to factor in washes and the need for clean clothes can become urgent. Enter Go Laundry. These heroes arranged details through WhatsApp, picked up my bag of well-traveled clothes from the hotel, washed and folded everything perfectly, and returned the bag to the hotel the next day. I was able to pay by credit card (discussed before confirming service) and was thrilled with how easy the whole experience was. Highly recommend!😁❤️”

They arranged same-day pickup and delivery, which was a huge help, and everything came back beautifully clean, neatly folded, and packed in bags with great care. I messaged them requesting laundry service and they responded immediately, providing pricing info and pick-up time. Turn Around Time: Fast! They offered both same day and next day delivery. I used next day and Go Laundry let me know when my items were picked up and dropped off. Price: Great!!! The price was exactly what I would anticipate to pay, if not a little less. They made it very easy to pay by sending a pay link. I'm going back to Thailand very soon and will only use Go Laundry PX as my go to for laundry services. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful experience. David”
