Junn Luxury Residence stands in the Langsuan block, in the pocket of Pathum Wan between Ratchadamri and Ton Son where the towers are residential rather than commercial. It is a small building by Bangkok standards, which is the usual pattern on this street: land here is expensive enough that developers build few, large apartments rather than many small ones.
What that buys a resident is Langsuan itself. The road runs from Ploenchit down to Lumphini Park past embassies, apartment towers and a line of old trees, with no shopping mall on it and almost no through traffic. A run of independent cafes and small restaurants has grown up along it for the people who live there rather than for visitors, which makes it one of the very few streets in central Bangkok that is genuinely pleasant to walk end to end.
BTS Ratchadamri is a short walk away, putting Silom two stops south and Siam two stops west, and Central Chidlom, Gaysorn, CentralWorld and Central Embassy are all within about ten minutes on foot using the elevated skywalk. Lumphini Park closes the southern end of the street: 140 rai of lake and lawn, busy from before seven in the morning.
