ABOUT THIS STAY
Millennium Hilton Bangkok
Millennium Hilton Bangkok is a hotel in the Riverside–Charoen Krung area of Bangkok. It stands on Charoen Nakhon Road in Khlong San, Bangkok 10600. BTS Krung Thon Buri is a short ride away. It sits roughly 3 km from the Sathon branch that runs this area, with 16 other addresses we collect from inside a 500 m walk. The nearest address we already collect from is The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, about 100 m away.
Millennium Hilton Bangkok has a front desk, so the usual arrangement is the simplest one: leave the bag with the concierge on your way out and it is back at the same desk when you return. Wash & Fold comes back folded flat and packed for a suitcase; Wash & Iron comes back pressed and on hangers. Next day is standard, and same day is available when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.
The building sits on Charoen Nakhon Road, Khlong San. BTS Krung Thon Buri is a short ride from the door (895 m) and BTS Saphan Taksin is about 1148 m, so guests here have two lines within walking distance. Our driver comes by road rather than by rail, so the pickup window is the one you agree with us, not the train timetable.
Millennium Hilton Bangkok is not a one-off stop for us: on the same round we also collect at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental (100 m), Magnolias Waterfront Residences (150 m) and Royal Orchid Sheraton (300 m). A van that is already on this street is the reason a same-day return is realistic here when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.
More about this place to stay
Millennium Hilton Bangkok stands at 123 Charoen Nakhon Road on the Thonburi bank, and the shape of the building is a clue to its best feature. The mushroom-like bulge at the very top is not styling: the roof is a helipad, and the floor beneath it holds ThreeSixty, a glass-walled lounge that looks out over the whole bend of the Chao Phraya with live jazz in the evening.
The hotel opened in 2006, early for this bank of the river, and the ground around it has changed completely since. ICONSIAM went up a short walk downstream, and the BTS Gold Line arrived with a station at Charoen Nakhon within walking distance — which turned the Thonburi side from a boat-only proposition into somewhere with a train.
Most rooms face the water, and the hotel runs its own shuttle boat across to the Sathorn pier, so BTS Saphan Taksin, Silom and Sathon are a short crossing away. Upstream by boat are the old town, Wat Arun and the Grand Palace.
Staying on the Thonburi bank means a slower, quieter part of Bangkok with the whole city ten minutes across the water, which suits people here for several days rather than a night.
Guests at Millennium Hilton Bangkok can use GO Laundry PX's laundry delivery service from the hotel. We collect at the front desk or from you, wash each order separately rather than in a shared load, and return it to the same address — folded flat the KonMari way, or pressed and returned on hangers. Next day is standard; same day is confirmed at booking when the order is placed before 2pm.
