Cape House stands at 43 Soi Langsuan, and it has been one of the better long-stay addresses in Pathum Wan for years. The units are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with proper kitchenettes, whitewashed interiors in earth tones, generous lounge areas and bathrooms with separate bath and shower — built for weeks and months rather than nights.

Soi Langsuan is the reason people choose this over the main roads. It runs from Ploenchit down toward Lumphini Park past embassies, apartment buildings and a line of independent cafes and restaurants, with no mall on it and no through traffic, and it stays walkable in a way almost nothing else in this district manages. The Erawan Shrine is under 500 metres away and Pratunam Market about a kilometre, so the whole Ratchaprasong run is on foot. BTS Ratchadamri is a short walk, and Chit Lom about the same.
A serviced apartment with a kitchen means cooking, and cooking for a family over several weeks means laundry on a household scale.
