The connection is direct: the hotel has its own access to BTS Asok, which links to MRT Sukhumvit below, so a guest reaches two rail lines and a nine-floor mall without going outdoors.
Terminal 21 itself is worth the stay. Each floor is dressed as a different city — Rome, Paris, Tokyo, London, Istanbul, San Francisco — down to the detailing in the toilets, and the food court on the top floor is one of the cheapest good meals in central Bangkok.
Rooms are larger than the district average and many carry kitchenettes and microwaves, which suits families and longer stays. The upper floors look either across the Sukhumvit sois or south over Benchakitti Park and its lake.
From the door, Emporium and EmQuartier are one BTS stop east, Central Embassy and Ratchaprasong three stops west, and the MRT runs south to Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre and Lumphini. Soi Cowboy is immediately behind, and Benchakitti's running paths a few minutes' walk.
Guests here are a mix of families, business travellers and holidaymakers, most staying several nights.
