Andaz One Bangkok opened on 19 December 2025 with 244 rooms and 22 suites — the first Andaz in the capital and the second in Thailand. It sits inside One Bangkok, the mixed-use district on Wireless Road that also holds offices, residences, retail and a live-entertainment arena, and the hotel occupies the corner of it that faces Lumphini Park.
Rooms start at about 37 square metres, which is generous for a new-build city hotel, and run up to a Presidential Suite of nearly 200. Many of them look over the park rather than over the development. The fittings are straightforward and good: walk-in rain showers, large televisions, a complimentary minibar. The outdoor infinity pool and the twenty-four-hour gym are on the seventh floor, and the Andaz Lounge runs refreshments through the day and cocktails in the evening.
The part that sets the hotel apart is the art. Its public spaces were given over to Thai women artists — commissioned work rather than bought prints — so the lobby and corridors read as a gallery of contemporary Thai practice instead of hotel decoration.
Wireless Road outside is worth knowing about. It is named for Thailand's first radio telegraph station, and it is still the embassy street: walled compounds, old trees, unusually little traffic. MRT Lumphini is about 200 metres away and Lumphini Park is across the road.
