Laundry service for guests at
Emporium Suites by Chatrium.

Emporium Suites by Chatrium has a front desk, so the usual arrangement is the simplest one: leave the bag with the concierge on your way out and it is back at the same desk when you return. Wash & Fold comes back folded flat and packed for a suitcase; Wash & Iron comes back pressed and on hangers. Next day is standard, and same day is available when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.

The building sits on Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei. BTS Phrom Phong is a couple of minutes' walk from the door, about 147 m. Our driver comes by road rather than by rail, so the pickup window is the one you agree with us, not the train timetable.

Emporium Suites by Chatrium is not a one-off stop for us: on the same round we also collect at Oakwood Suites Bangkok (150 m), Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok (200 m) and Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit 24 (250 m). A van that is already on this street is the reason a same-day return is realistic here when the booking is confirmed before 2pm.

Emporium Suites by Chatrium stands at 622 Sukhumvit Soi 24, and its defining feature is a covered walkway: the building connects directly to BTS Phrom Phong and sits immediately above the Emporium mall. A guest can go from a suite to a train, or to the department store, without stepping outside — which in Bangkok's climate is worth more than most amenities.

The property is a hotel and a serviced residence at once. Every suite has a kitchenette and floor-to-ceiling glass looking over the city or across Benchasiri Park, and the range runs up to multi-bedroom units, so the guest mix is families and long-stay professionals as much as short-stay travellers. There is a spa, a fitness centre, a sauna, a restaurant and two bars.

The Em District is the reason people choose Phrom Phong. Emporium is downstairs, EmQuartier is across the road and EmSphere beside it — around 2.5 million square feet of retail and restaurants on one interchange — and Benchasiri Park sits between them. The sois running north and south hold the Japanese restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets that serve the large expatriate community here.

A suite with a kitchen means a stay measured in weeks, which is when laundry becomes a household job rather than a traveller's.

You can use GO Laundry PX's laundry pickup and delivery service from Emporium Suites by Chatrium. We collect at reception or from you directly, wash each order on its own so it never mixes with another household's, and return it to the same address, next day as standard and same day when confirmed before 2pm.
