BTS On Nut sits in Phrom Phong–Thonglor–Ekkamai, the area we work around EmQuartier, Thonglor's dining sois and Ekkamai. The Skytrain runs above the traffic, so a pickup window holds whatever the road below is doing.

Most of the collections here are on Sukhumvit Soi 52, Soi Sukhumvit 81, Soi Sukhumvit 50. The mix is 33 condominiums, 15 hotels, 4 hostels, which is why the handoff differs from building to building — a hotel has a concierge, a condo has a lobby counter, and a serviced apartment usually has both.
