Urbana Langsuan was completed in December 2003 by Siam Pan Watthana — 247 units across 36 floors on Langsuan Road, with about 75 of them run as serviced apartments alongside the privately owned condominiums. The range goes from studios to family suites, most with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony.
The balconies are the reason people book here. The tower is tall enough that a good share of the units look south over Lumphini Park and out across downtown Bangkok, which is a view very few buildings in Pathum Wan can offer and none can offer cheaply. Facilities are the full residential set: pool, gym, leisure garden, 250 parking spaces, keycard access and 24-hour security.
Langsuan Road itself is the quiet counterweight to Ratchaprasong. It runs from Ploenchit down to Lumphini Park, lined with embassies, residential towers and a run of small cafes and restaurants rather than malls, and it stays walkable in a way the main roads do not. BTS Chit Lom and BTS Ratchadamri are both a short walk, which puts Central Chidlom, Central Embassy, Gaysorn and CentralWorld within ten minutes on foot, and Sukhumvit's restaurants and bars a few stops east.
Guests here are usually staying weeks or months — a relocation, a long project, a family visit — in an apartment with its own kitchen.
